O R D E R
WHEREAS the Board of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario ("AGCO") held a pre-hearing teleconference on February 20, 2009, pursuant to Notice of Proposal ("NOP") number 16926 dated December 17, 2008, to suspend liquor licence number 21050 issued to Sijan Plaza Restaurant Ltd. (the "Licensee") operating as SIJAN PLAZA RESTAURANT, 25 John Street, Unit #4, Mississauga, Ontario, L5A 1Y5;
AND WHEREAS the Registrar's Representative, Phillip Morris, and the Licensee's Representative, Robert Rothman, were present and participated in the pre-hearing;
AND WHEREAS this NOP matter is scheduled for a hearing commencing April 29, 2009;
THEREFORE the Board hereby ORDERS as follows:
The Licensee, through its Representative, shall disclose to the Registrar's Representative pursuant to Rule 10 of AGCO Revised Rules of Practice and specifically pursuant to Rule 10.3, a list of its witnesses and "will say" statements for each witness, as well as disclosure pursuant to Rule 10.2, such disclosure to be made ten (10) days before the hearing date;
The Registrar's Representative will complete any further disclosure, also pursuant to Rule 10.2, ten (10) days before the hearing date.
