PHILTHY MCNASTY’S, 50 WESTMOUNT ROAD NORTH, WATERLOO
LICENCE NUMBER 203389
O R D E R
WHEREAS a hearing into Notice of Proposal number 16050 dated February 20, 2008, to suspend liquor licence number 203389, issued to Casual Restaurant Systems Inc. (the “Licensee”), operating as PHILTHY MCNASTY’S, 50 Westmount Road North, Unit D4/5, Waterloo, Ontario, N2L 2R5, on the basis of alleged violations of section 45.1 and subsection 45(1) of Ontario Regulation 719/90 (the “O.Reg”) made pursuant to the Liquor Licence Act, was held on June 16 and September 18, 2008, in the City of Kitchener;
AND WHEREAS in its decision dated January 9, 2009 the Board made a finding of a violation of section 45.1 and subsection 45(1) of the O.Reg;
AND WHEREAS in its decision of January 30, 2009 the Board ordered a SEVEN (7) day suspension of the liquor licence and requested that the Licensee propose suspension dates;
AND WHEREAS the Licensee has proposed suspension dates which are acceptable to the Board;
THEREFORE the Board hereby ORDERS that liquor licence number 203389, issued to Casual Restaurant Systems Inc., operating as PHILTHY MCNASTY’S, 50 Westmount Road North, Unit D4/5, Waterloo, Ontario, N2L 2R5, be SUSPENDED for SEVEN (7) consecutive days to commence at 11:00 a.m. on April 14, 2009 and continue until 2:00 a.m. on April 21, 2009.
