AND IN THE MATTER OF THE LIQUOR LICENCE OF
1126430 ONTARIO INC. OPERATING AS LITTLE TEXAS BAR & GRILL 290 NORTH FRONT STREET BELLEVILLE LICENCE NUMBER 809441
O R D E R
WHEREAS the Board of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission (“AGCO”) held a hearing on June 10, 2008, pursuant to a Notice of Proposal number 16012 dated February 19, 2008 to suspend liquor licence issued to 1126430 Ontario Inc. operating as LITTLE TEXAS BAR & GRILL, 290 North Front Street, Belleville, Ontario, K8P 3C6, licence number 809441;
AND WHEREAS in its decision of September 4, 2008 the Board found that the Licensee had breached section 43 of Ontario Revised Regulation 719/90 under the Liquor Licence Act;
AND WHEREAS in its decision of October 24, 2008 the Board ordered a FOURTEEN (14) day suspension of the liquor licence and requested that the Licensee propose suspension dates;
AND WHEREAS the Licensee has proposed suspension dates which are acceptable to the Board;
THEREFORE the Board hereby ORDERS that the liquor licence issued to 1126430 Ontario Inc. operating as LITTLE TEXAS BAR & GRILL, 290 North Front Street, Belleville, Ontario, K8P 3C6, licence number 809441, be SUSPENDED for FOURTEEN (14) consecutive days to COMMENCE at 11:00 a.m. on December 1, 2008 and continue until 2:00 a.m. on December 15, 2008.
