ORDER
WHEREAS the Board of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (“AGCO”) held a pre-hearing teleconference on October 3, 2008, pursuant to Notice of Proposal (“NOP”) number 16445 dated July 2, 2008, to suspend a licence issued to 2130845 Ontario Inc. operating as HEART & CROWN IRISH PUB AND RESTAURANT (THE), 353 Preston Street, Ottawa, Ontario, K1S 5N4, liquor licence number 812706
AND WHEREAS the Registrar’s Representative, Joyce Taylor, and the Licensee’s Representative, Jerry Levitan, were present and participated in the pre-hearing;
AND WHEREAS this NOP matter is scheduled for a hearing commencing December 9, 2008;
THEREFORE the Board hereby ORDERS as follows:
The Licensee, through its Representative, shall disclose to the Registrar’s Representative pursuant to Rule 7 of AGCO Rules of Practice and specifically pursuant to Rule 7.3, a list of its witnesses and will-say statements for each witness, as well as disclosure pursuant to Rule 7.4, such disclosure to be made ten (10) days before the hearing date;
The Registrar’s Representative will complete any further disclosure, also pursuant to Rules 7.3 and 7.4, ten (10) days before the hearing date.
