O R D E R
WHEREAS the Board of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (“AGCO”) held a pre-hearing teleconference on October 3, 2008, pursuant to Notice of Proposal (“NOP”) number 16368 dated June 6, 2008, to suspend a licence issued to 1663977 Ontario Inc. operating as AT 2066 LOUNGE RESTAURANT AND BAR, 2066 Queen Street East, Toronto, Ontario, M4E 1C9, liquor licence number 24656;
AND WHEREAS the Registrar’s Representative, Joyce Taylor, and the Licensee’s Representative, Jerry Levitan, were present and participated in the pre-hearing;
AND WHEREAS this NOP matter is scheduled for a hearing commencing January 22, 2009;
THEREFORE the Board hereby ORDERS as follows:
The Licensee, through its Representative, shall disclose to the Registrar’s Representative pursuant to Rule 7 of AGCO Rules of Practice and specifically pursuant to Rule 7.3, a list of its witnesses and will-say statements for each witness, as well as disclosure pursuant to Rule 7.4, such disclosure to be made ten (10) days before the hearing date;
The Registrar’s Representative will complete any further disclosure, also pursuant to Rules 7.3 and 7.4, and specifically provide a CD of photographs, ten (10) days before the hearing date.
