O R D E R
WHEREAS the Board of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (“AGCO”) held a pre-hearing on October 3, 2008, pursuant to Amended Notice of Proposal (“NOP”) number 16534 dated July 30, 2008, to suspend liquor licence number 44395 issued to 2104887 Ontario Inc., operating as WICKED CLUB, 1032 Queen Street West, Toronto, Ontario, M6J 1H7;
AND WHEREAS the Registrar’s Representative, Joyce Taylor, and the Licensee’s Representative, Ron Marzel were present and participated in the pre-hearing;
AND WHEREAS this NOP matter is scheduled for a hearing commencing November 4, 2008;
THEREFORE the Board hereby confirms its oral ORDER of October 3, 2008 as follows:
The Licensee, through its Representative, shall disclose to the Registrar’s Representative pursuant to Rule 7 of AGCO Rules of Practice and specifically pursuant to Rule 7.3, will-say statements for each witness, as well as disclosure pursuant to Rule 7.4, such disclosure to be made ten (10) days before the hearing date;
The Registrar’s Representative will complete any further disclosure, also pursuant to Rules 7.3 and 7.4, ten (10) days before the hearing date.
