O R D E R
WHEREAS the Board of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (“AGCO”) held a pre-hearing conference on July 11, 2008, pursuant to Notice of Proposal (“NOP”) number 16071 dated May 21, 2008, to suspend a licence issued to Devia Enterprises Limited operating as THE SLIPPERY BOOT PUB, 1552 Avenue Road, North York, Ontario, M5M 3X5, liquor licence number 21287;
AND WHEREAS the Registrar’s Representative, Sujin Chan, and the Licensee’s Representative, John Weisdorf, were present and participated in the pre-hearing;
AND WHEREAS this NOP matter is scheduled for a hearing commencing September 4, 2008;
THEREFORE the Board hereby ORDERS as follows:
The Licensee, through its Representative, shall disclose to the Registrar’s Representative pursuant to Rule 7 of AGCO Rules of Practice and specifically pursuant to Rule 7.3, a list of its witnesses and a detailed summary of each witness’ evidence, as well as disclosure pursuant to Rule 7.4, such disclosure to be made ten (10) days before the hearing date;
Mr. Weisdorf confirmed that he has received the necessary disclosure regarding all of the Registrar’s witnesses, however, the Registrar’s Representative will complete any further disclosure, also pursuant to Rule 7.4, ten (10) days before the hearing date.
