O R D E R
WHEREAS the Board of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (“AGCO”) held a pre-hearing conference on July 11, 2008, pursuant to Notice of Proposal (“NOP”) number 16300 dated May 21, 2008, to suspend a licence issued to Hejin Lee operating as SAM’S PUB, 583 Sherbourne Street, Toronto, Ontario, M4X 1K7, liquor licence number 201902;
AND WHEREAS the Registrar’s Representative, Sujin Chan, and the Licensee’s Representative, Sanj Lee, were present and participated in the pre-hearing;
AND WHEREAS this NOP matter is scheduled for a hearing commencing August 5, 2008;
THEREFORE the Board hereby ORDERS as follows:
The Licensee, through its Representative, shall disclose to the Registrar’s Representative pursuant to Rule 7 of AGCO Rules of Practice and specifically pursuant to Rule 7.3, a list of its witnesses and a detailed summary of each witness’ evidence, as well as disclosure pursuant to Rule 7.4, such disclosure to be made ten (10) days before the hearing date;
The Registrar’s Representative will complete any further disclosure, also pursuant to Rule 7.4, ten (10) days before the hearing date.
