AND IN THE MATTER OF THE LIQUOR LICENCE OF
1565611 ONTARIO INC. OPERATING AS ROXXY TAP & GRILL 750 JAMES STREET, WALLACEBURG LICENCE NUMBER 202592
O R D E R
WHEREAS the Board of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission (“AGCO”) held a hearing on July 14, 2008, pursuant to a Notice of Proposal number 15830 dated February 19, 2008 to suspend a licence issued to 1565611 Ontario Inc. operating as ROXXY TAP & GRILL, 750 James Street, Wallaceburg, Ontario, N8A 2P5, licence number 202592;
AND WHEREAS in its decision of August 25, 2008, the Board found that the Licensee had breached section 29 of the Liquor Licence Act (“LLA”) and subsection 45(1) of Ontario Revised Regulation 719/90 under the LLA;
AND WHEREAS in its decision of September 17, 2008 the Board ordered a FOUR (4) day suspension of the liquor licence and requested that the Licensee propose suspension dates;
AND WHEREAS the Licensee has proposed suspension dates which are acceptable to the Board;
THEREFORE the Board hereby ORDERS that the liquor licence issued to 1565611 Ontario Inc. operating as ROXXY TAP & GRILL, 750 James Street, Wallaceburg, Ontario, N8A 2P5, licence number 202592, be SUSPENDED for FOUR (4) consecutive days to COMMENCE at 11:00 a.m. on November 3, 2008 and continue until 2:00 a.m. on November 7, 2008.
