A M E N D I N G O R D E R
WHEREAS in its decision dated July 23, 2008, the Board found the Licensee breached subsections 45(1) and 44(1) of Ontario Regulation 719/90;
AND WHEREAS due to a clerical error the Board hereby AMENDS paragraph 7 of its decision dated July 23, 2008 to read as follows:
“John Purvis has been an Inspector… On September 14, 2007 he visited the Premises in question, arriving at 1:15 a.m. …”
FURTHER the Board hereby AMENDS paragraph 68 of the same decision to read as follows:
“The Licensee is alleged to have committed two infractions.”
