O R D E R
WHEREAS the Board of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission (“AGCO”) held a hearing on June 18, 2008 pursuant to a Notice of Proposal number 16035 dated February 26, 2008 to suspend liquor licence number 811112 issued to 2051187 Ontario Inc.(the “Licensee”) operating as PUR SUPPER CLUB, 365 King Street West, 4th & 5th floors, Toronto, Ontario, M5V 1K1;
AND WHEREAS in its oral Order of June 18, 2008, confirmed in its written decision of June 25, 2008, the Board found that the Licensee had breached section 43 and subsection 45(2) of Ontario Revised Regulation 719/90 under the Liquor Licence Act;
AND WHEREAS in its decision of June 25, 2008 the Board ordered a SEVENTEEN (17) day suspension of the liquor licence and requested that the Licensee propose suspension dates;
AND WHEREAS the Licensee has proposed suspension dates which are acceptable to the Board;
THEREFORE the Board hereby ORDERS that the liquor licence issued to 2051187 Ontario Inc. operating as PUR SUPPER CLUB, 365 King Street West, 4th & 5th floors, Toronto, Ontario, M5V 1K1, licence number 811112, be SUSPENDED for SEVENTEEN (17) consecutive days to COMMENCE at 11 a.m. on September 1, 2008 and continue until 2 a.m. on September 18, 2008.
