O R D E R
WHEREAS the Board of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (“AGCO”) held a pre-hearing teleconference on July 28, 2008, pursuant to Notice of Proposal (“NOP”) number 16403 dated June 18, 2008, to review application for licence by Marlin Archibald operating or intending to operate as PLATINUM LOUNGE, 2971B Islington Avenue, Unit B, North York, Ontario, M9L 2K7, establishment number 813255;
AND WHEREAS the Registrar’s Representative, Phillip Morris, the Licensee’s Representative, Carman McClelland, and the Representative of the City of Toronto, Ray Kallio, were present and participated in the pre-hearing;
AND WHEREAS the City of Toronto requested party status in respect of this matter;
THEREFORE on the consent of the Registrar and the Licensee, the Board hereby ORDERS that the City of Toronto is hereby granted party status;
AND WHEREAS the Licensee is not presently in a position to proceed with a hearing in this matter;
THEREFORE, on the consent of the parties, this Board hereby ORDERS that this matter is adjourned sine die.
