AND IN THE MATTER OF THE LIQUOR LICENCE OF 1577107 ONTARIO INC. OPERATING AS THE PLACE BAR & GRILL, 8 RAMBLER DRIVE, VILLAGE SQUARE SHOPPING CENTRE, UNIT 11, BRAMPTON LICENCE NO. 90915
O R D E R
WHEREAS the Board of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (“AGCO”) held a pre-hearing teleconference on November 10, 2008, pursuant to Notice of Proposal (“NOP”) number 16568 dated August 18, 2008, to suspend a licence issued to 1577107 Ontario Inc. operating as THE PLACE BAR & GRILL, 8 Rambler Drive, Village Square Shopping Centre, Unit 11, Brampton, Ontario, L6W 1E2, liquor licence number 90915;
AND WHEREAS the Registrar’s Representative, Richard Kulis, and the Licensee’s Representative, Christopher Stevens, were present and participated in the pre-hearing;
AND WHEREAS this NOP matter is scheduled for a hearing commencing December 8, 2008;
THEREFORE the Board hereby ORDERS as follows:
The Licensee, through its Representative, shall disclose to the Registrar’s Representative pursuant to Rule 7 of AGCO Rules of Practice and specifically pursuant to Rule 7.3, a list of its witnesses and will-say statements for each witness, as well as disclosure pursuant to Rule 7.4, such disclosure to be made within four (4) days of this conference;
The Registrar’s Representative will complete any further disclosure, also pursuant to Rules 7.3 and 7.4, within four (4) days of this conference.
