O R D E R
WHEREAS the Board of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (“AGCO”) held a pre-hearing conference on July 28, 2008, pursuant to Notice of Proposal (“NOP”) number 16345 dated May 29, 2008, to suspend a licence issued to 1170651 Ontario Inc. operating as MINGAL’S RESTAURANT & BAR, 2386 Kingston Road, Scarborough, Ontario, M1N 1V2, liquor licence number 20344;
AND WHEREAS the Registrar’s Representative, Phillip Morris, and principal of the corporate licensee, Ming Sheng, assisted by her husband Allan Qiang, were present and participated in the pre-hearing;
AND WHEREAS this NOP matter is scheduled for a hearing commencing September 4, 2008;
THEREFORE the Board hereby ORDERS as follows:
The Licensee, through its Representative, shall disclose to the Registrar’s Representative pursuant to Rule 7 of AGCO Rules of Practice and specifically pursuant to Rule 7.3, a list of its witnesses and a detailed summary of each witness’ evidence, as well as disclosure pursuant to Rule 7.4, such disclosure to be made ten (10) days before the hearing date;
The Registrar’s Representative will complete any further disclosure, also pursuant to Rules 7.3 and 7.4, ten (10) days before the hearing date.
