O R D E R
WHEREAS the Board of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario ("AGCO") held a pre-hearing conference on June 30, 2008, pursuant to Notice of Proposal ("NOP") number 16184 dated April 10, 2008, and NOP number 16306 dated May 21, 2008, to suspend a licence issued to 1704543 Ontario Inc. operating as METRO LOUNGE, 296 Richmond Street West, Toronto, Ontario, M5V 1X2, liquor licence number 805634;
AND WHEREAS the Registrar's Representative, Richard Kulis, and the Licensee's Representative, Randall Barrs, were present and participated in the pre-hearing;
AND WHEREAS on consent of the parties, the matters of NOP number 16184 and NOP number 16306 will be heard together at a hearing scheduled to commence October 8, 2008;
THEREFORE the Board hereby ORDERS as follows:
The Licensee, through its Representative, shall disclose to the Registrar's Representative pursuant to Rule 7 of AGCO Rules of Practice and specifically pursuant to Rule 7.3, a list of its witnesses and a detailed summary of each witness' evidence, as well as disclosure pursuant to Rule 7.4, such disclosure to be made ten (10) days before the hearing date;
The Registrar's Representative will complete any further disclosure, also pursuant to Rule 7.4., ten (10) days before the hearing date.
