O R D E R
WHEREAS the Board of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario ("AGCO") held a pre-hearing teleconference on July 7, 2008, pursuant to Notice of Proposal ("NOP") number 16175 dated April 10, 2008, to suspend a licence issued to 1126430 Ontario Inc. operating as LITTLE TEXAS BAR & GRILL, 290 North Front Street, Belleville, Ontario, K8P 3C6, liquor licence number 809441;
AND WHEREAS the Registrar's Representative, Brad Alton, and the Licensee's Representative, Lawrence Arkilander, were present and participated in the pre-hearing;
AND WHEREAS these matters will be heard at a hearing as yet to be scheduled;
THEREFORE the Board hereby ORDERS as follows:
The Licensee, through its Representative, shall disclose to the Registrar's Representative pursuant to Rule 7 of AGCO Rules of Practice and specifically pursuant to Rule 7.3, a list of its witnesses and a detailed summary of each witness' evidence, as well as disclosure pursuant to Rule 7.4, such disclosure to be made ten (10) days before the hearing date;
The Registrar's Representative will complete any further disclosure, also pursuant to Rule 7.4, ten (10) days before the hearing date.
