A M E N D I N G O R D E R
WHEREAS in its order dated June 9, 2008, the Board ordered disclosure pursuant to Rule 7 of AGCO Rules of Practice and specifically pursuant to Rule 7.3, a list of its witnesses and a detailed summary of each witness’ evidence, as well as disclosure pursuant to Rule 7.4, to be made ten (10) days before the hearing date;
AND WHEREAS Registrar’s Representative, Richard Kulis, sought an amendment of the order to more accurately reflect the oral order made at the pre-hearing, as set out in his letter of June 10, 2008;
THEREFORE the Board hereby AMENDS the order to read as follows:
The Licensee, through its Representative, shall disclose to the Registrar’s Representative pursuant to Rule 7 of AGCO Rules of Practice and specifically pursuant to Rule 7.3, a list of its witnesses and witness statements for each witness, as well as disclosure pursuant to Rule 7.4, such disclosure to be made ten (10) days before the hearing date;
The Registrar’s Representative will complete any further disclosure, also pursuant to Rule 7.4, ten (10) days before the hearing date.
