A M E N D I N G O R D E R

WHEREAS in its decision dated May 21, 2008, the Board, having found that the Licensee violated subsection 45(1) of Ontario Regulation 719/90, made pursuant to the Liquor Licence Act, and violated both conditions 5 and 6 of the Licence, imposed a ten (10) day suspension of the liquor licence;

AND WHEREAS Licensee’s Representative, Jennifer Costin, sought an amendment of the dates in her letter dated July 10, 2008, and the Registrar's representative, Brad Alton has consented to the proposed amendment in an email dated July 10, 2008;

THEREFORE the Board hereby AMENDS the suspension dates on page 3 of the Board’s order dated June 18, 2008, to read as follows:

“Accordingly, the Board ORDERS that the liquor licence of 2027980 Ontario Limited operating as JACK’S, 539 Richmond Street, London, Ontario, N6A 3E9, liquor licence number 807140, shall be suspended for TEN (10) consecutive days to COMMENCE at 11:00 a.m. on July 29, 2008 and continue until 2:00 a.m. on August 8, 2008.”
