A M E N D I N G O R D E R

WHEREAS in its decision dated June 30, 2008, the Board found the Licensee breached section 46 of Ontario Regulation 719/90 and imposed a three (3) day suspension of the liquor licence to commence at 11:00 a.m. on September 21, 2008, and continue until 2:00 a.m. on September 24, 2008;

AND WHEREAS the conditions as agreed to in the Joint Submission Regarding Disposition that formed part of the decision were inadvertently omitted from the Order dated June 30, 2008;

THEREFORE the Board AMENDS the ORDER to include paragraph 5 to read as follows:

Further, the Board ORDERS, on consent of all parties, the following conditions be attached to the licence:

There shall be no live music on the patio.
There shall be no amplified music or amplified sound on the patio or directed towards the patio.
No amplification system shall be located on the outdoor premises.
