O R D E R
WHEREAS a hearing into Notice of Proposal number 16103 dated March 11, 2008, to suspend liquor licence number 10734, issued to 1542528 Ontario Limited (the “Licensee”), operating as GREENWOOD INN, 117 Christina Street North, Sarnia, Ontario, N7T 5T7, on the basis of an alleged violation of subsection 45(1) of Ontario Regulation 719/90 (the “O.Reg”) made pursuant to the Liquor Licence Act was held on June 17, 2008, in the City of Sarnia;
AND WHEREAS in its decision of September 16, 2008, the Board made a finding of a breach of subsection 45(1) of the O. Reg in the case of two of the three patrons;
AND WHEREAS in its decision of November 12, 2008 the Board ordered a SIX (6) day suspension of the liquor licence and requested that the Licensee propose suspension dates;
AND WHEREAS the Licensee has proposed suspension dates which are acceptable to the Board;
THEREFORE the Board hereby ORDERS that liquor licence number 10734, issued to 1542528 Ontario Limited operating as GREENWOOD INN, 117 Christina Street North, Sarnia, Ontario, N7T 5T7, be SUSPENDED for SIX (6) consecutive days to COMMENCE at 11:00 a.m. on January 19, 2009 and continue to 2:00 a.m. on January 25, 2009.
