AND IN THE MATTER OF THE LIQUOR LICENCE OF 1292002 ONTARIO LTD. OPERATING AS GRACE O’MALLEY’S, 1541 MERIVALE ROAD, UNIT H, NEPEAN LICENCE NO. 202769
O R D E R
WHEREAS the Board of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (“AGCO”) held a pre-hearing tele-conference on July 18, 2008, pursuant to Notice of Proposal (“NOP”) number 16293 dated May 23, 2008, NOP number 16294 dated May 23, 2008, and NOP number 16411 dated June 23, 2008, to suspend a licence issued to 1292002 Ontario Ltd. operating as GRACE O’MALLEY’S, 1541 Merivale Road, Unit H, Nepean, Ontario, K2G 5W1, liquor licence number 202769;
AND WHEREAS the Registrar’s Representative, Phillip Morris, and the Licensee’s Representative, Ainslie Dunstone, were present and participated in the pre-hearing;
AND WHEREAS this NOP matter is scheduled for a hearing commencing September 12, 2008;
THEREFORE the Board hereby ORDERS as follows:
The Licensee, through its Representative, shall disclose to the Registrar’s Representative pursuant to Rule 7 of AGCO Rules of Practice and specifically pursuant to Rule 7.3, a list of its witnesses and a detailed summary of each witness’ evidence, as well as disclosure pursuant to Rule 7.4, such disclosure to be made ten (10) days before the hearing date;
The Registrar’s Representative will complete any further disclosure, also pursuant to Rule 7.4, ten (10) days before the hearing date.
