A M E N D I N G O R D E R
WHEREAS in its order dated October 28, 2008, the Board confirmed its oral order that it is in the public interest that the Interim Suspension currently in place on licence number 812457, remains in effect until the end of the next hearing date, at which time its continuation will be re-considered upon request by the parties;
AND WHEREAS the next hearing date was misstated;
THEREFORE the Board hereby AMENDS paragraph 6 of the order to read as follows:
- Therefore, the Board, based on the serious allegations before it, CONFIRMS its oral ORDER that it is in the public interest that the Interim Suspension currently in place on licence number 812457 issued to 896807 Ontario Limited operating as CLUB 147, 57 Mountjoy Street South, Upper Level, Timmins, Ontario, P4N 1S6, remains in effect until the end of the next hearing date of November 12, 2008, at which time its continuation will be re-considered upon request by the parties
