O R D E R
WHEREAS the Board of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission (“AGCO”) held a hearing on May 23, 2008, pursuant to Notice of Proposal number 16061 dated February 26, 2008 to suspend the liquor licence issued to Central Bar and Grill Ltd. (the “Licensee”), operating as CENTRAL BAR & GRILL, 1946-48 Weston Road, Toronto, Ontario, M9N 1W2, licence number 90060;
AND WHEREAS in its oral Order of May 23, 2008, confirmed in its written decision of June 18, 2008, the Board found that the Licensee had breached section 43 of Ontario Revised Regulation 719/90 under the Liquor Licence Act;
AND WHEREAS in its decision of June 18, 2008 the Board ordered a FIVE (5) day suspension of the liquor licence and requested that the Licensee propose suspension dates;
AND WHEREAS the Licensee has proposed suspension dates which are acceptable to the Board;
THEREFORE the Board hereby ORDERS that the liquor licence issued to Central Bar and Grill Ltd. operating as CENTRAL BAR & GRILL, 1946-48 Weston Road, Toronto, Ontario, M9N 1W2, licence number 90060, be SUSPENDED for FIVE (5) consecutive days to COMMENCE at 11 a.m. on August 16, 2008 and continue until 2 a.m. on August 21, 2008.
