AND IN THE MATTER OF THE LIQUOR LICENCE OF 1679319 ONTARIO LIMITED OPERATING AS C CLUB KARAOKE, 8261 WOODBINE AVENUE, SECOND FLOOR, UNIT 2, MARKHAM LICENCE NO. 805256
O R D E R
WHEREAS the Board of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (“AGCO”) held a pre-hearing conference July 18, 2008, pursuant to Notice of Proposal (“NOP”) number 16257 dated May 9, 2008, to suspend a licence issued to 1679319 Ontario Limited operating as C CLUB KARAOKE, 8261 Woodbine Avenue, Second Floor, Unit 2, Markham, Ontario, L3R 8Z5, liquor licence number 805256;
AND WHEREAS the Registrar’s Representative, Phillip Morris, and Pan Kao Chan, principal of the corporate licensee, were present and participated in the pre-hearing;
AND WHEREAS this NOP matter is scheduled for a hearing commencing July 29, 2008;
THEREFORE the Board hereby ORDERS as follows:
The Licensee, through its Representative, shall disclose to the Registrar’s Representative pursuant to Rule 7 of AGCO Rules of Practice and specifically pursuant to Rule 7.3, a list of its witnesses and a detailed summary of each witness’ evidence, as well as disclosure pursuant to Rule 7.4, such disclosure to be made no less than two (2) days before the hearing date;
The Registrar’s Representative will complete any further disclosure, also pursuant to Rule 7.4, ten (10) days before the hearing date.
