O R D E R
WHEREAS the Board of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (“AGCO”) held a pre-hearing teleconference on July 7, 2008, pursuant to Notice of Proposal (“NOP”) number 16227 dated April 28, 2008, to suspend a licence, and a Supplementary NOP number 16410 dated June 20, 2008, to revoke a licence issued to 1704477 Ontario Inc. operating as CANE GROVE RESTAURANT, 2356 Finch Avenue West, Toronto, Ontario, M9M 2C7, liquor licence number 91000;
AND WHEREAS the Registrar’s Representative, Brad Alton, and the Licensee’s Representative, Jerry Levitan, were present and participated in the pre-hearing;
AND WHEREAS this NOP matter is scheduled for a hearing commencing August 11, 2008;
THEREFORE the Board hereby ORDERS as follows:
The Licensee, through its Representative, shall disclose to the Registrar’s Representative pursuant to Rule 7 of AGCO Rules of Practice and specifically pursuant to Rule 7.3, a list of its witnesses, as well as disclosure pursuant to Rule 7.4, such disclosure to be made ten (10) days before the hearing date;
The Registrar’s Representative will complete any further disclosure, also pursuant to Rule 7.4., and specifically pursuant to Rule 7.3, a list of its civilian witnesses and a detailed summary of each witness’ evidence, ten (10) days before the hearing date.
