AND IN THE MATTER OF THE LIQUOR LICENCE OF 2061392 ONTARIO INC. OPERATING AS BUDDY’S BAR AND GRILL, 2965 ISLINGTON AVENUE, UNIT 17, NORTH YORK, TORONTO LICENCE NO. 804811
O R D E R
WHEREAS the Board of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (“AGCO”) held a pre-hearing conference on June 30, 2008, pursuant to Notice of Proposal (“NOP”) number 16192 dated April 10, 2008, to suspend a licence issued to 2061392 Ontario Inc. operating as BUDDY’S BAR AND GRILL, 2965 Islington Avenue, Unit 17, North York, Toronto, Ontario, M9L 2K8, liquor licence number 804811;
AND WHEREAS the Registrar’s Representative, Richard Kulis, and Errol Braswell Clarke, principal of the corporate licensee, were present and participated in the pre-hearing;
AND WHEREAS this NOP matter is scheduled for a hearing commencing August 11, 2008;
THEREFORE the Board hereby ORDERS as follows:
The Licensee, through its Representative, shall disclose to the Registrar’s Representative pursuant to Rule 7 of AGCO Rules of Practice and specifically pursuant to Rule 7.3, a list of its witnesses and a detailed summary of each witness’ evidence, as well as disclosure pursuant to Rule 7.4, such disclosure to be made ten (10) days before the hearing date;
The Registrar’s Representative will complete any further disclosure, also pursuant to Rule 7.4., ten (10) days before the hearing date.
