O R D E R
WHEREAS the Board of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (“AGCO”) held a pre-hearing tele-conference on November 7, 2008, pursuant to Notice of Proposal (“NOP”) number 16493 dated July 25, 2008, to suspend liquor licence number 812316 issued to Wannamaker (Milton) Investments Ltd., operating as BOSTON PIZZA STORE 455, 1085 Maple Avenue, Milton, Ontario, L9T 0A5;
AND WHEREAS the Registrar’s Representative, Phillip Morris, and the Licensee’s Representative, Timothy O’Driscoll, were present and participated in the pre-hearing;
AND WHEREAS this NOP matter is scheduled for a hearing commencing January 7, 2009;
THEREFORE the Board hereby ORDERS as follows:
The Licensee, through its Representative, shall disclose to the Registrar’s Representative pursuant to Rule 10 of AGCO Revised Rules of Practice and specifically pursuant to Rule 10.3, a list of its witnesses and will-say statements for each witness, as well as disclosure pursuant to Rule 10.2, such disclosure to be made by December 19, 2008;
The Registrar’s Representative will complete any further disclosure, also pursuant to Rule 10.2, such disclosure to be made by December 19, 2008.
