O R D E R
WHEREAS the Board of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission ("AGCO") held a hearing on August 25, 2008, pursuant to a Notice of Proposal number 16233 dated April 28, 2008 to suspend a licence issued to 1197801 Ontario Inc. operating as BODY ENGLISH/BODY ROK, 1325 Eglinton Avenue East, Unit 1-6, Mississauga, L4W 4L9, licence number 100072;
AND WHEREAS in its decision of September 4, 2008 the Board found that the Licensee had breached subsection 45(1) of Ontario Revised Regulation 719/90 under the Liquor Licence Act;
AND WHEREAS in its decision of October 14, 2008 the Board ordered a SEVEN (7) day suspension of the liquor licence and requested that the Licensee propose suspension dates;
AND WHEREAS the Licensee has proposed suspension dates which are acceptable to the Board;
THEREFORE the Board hereby ORDERS that the liquor licence issued to 1197801 Ontario Inc. operating as BODY ENGLISH/BODY ROK, 1325 Eglinton Avenue East, Unit 1-6, Mississauga, L4W 4L9, licence number 100072, be SUSPENDED for SEVEN (7) consecutive days to COMMENCE at 11:00 a.m. on December 1, 2008 and continue until 2:00 a.m. on December 8, 2008.
