AND IN THE MATTER OF THE LIQUOR LICENCE OF
VN SPRING ROLLS INC., OPERATING AS BABY BLUE 189 AUGUSTA AVENUE, TORONTO LICENCE NUMBER 811615
O R D E R
WHEREAS the Board of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission ("AGCO") held a hearing on June 2, 2008 pursuant to Notice of Proposal number 15972 dated January 31, 2008 to suspend liquor licence number 811615 issued to VN Spring Rolls Inc., (the "Licensee"), operating as BABY BLUE, 189 Augusta Avenue, Toronto, Ontario, M5T 2L4;
AND WHEREAS in its decision dated July 2, 2008, the Board found that the Licensee had breached section 29 of Ontario Revised Regulation 719/90 under the Liquor Licence Act;
AND WHEREAS in its decision of July 24, 2008, the Board ordered a TEN (10) day suspension of the liquor licence and requested that the Licensee propose suspension dates;
AND WHEREAS the Licensee has proposed suspension dates which are acceptable to the Board;
THEREFORE the Board hereby ORDERS that the liquor licence issued to VN Spring Rolls Inc., (the "Licensee"), operating as BABY BLUE, 189 Augusta Avenue, Toronto, Ontario, M5T 2L4, licence number 811615, be SUSPENDED for TEN (10) consecutive days to COMMENCE at 11:00 a.m. Sunday, August 17, 2008 to 2:00 a.m. Wednesday, August 27, 2008.
