Regarding the Board’s order dated November 15, 2007, due to a clerical error, the Board misstated the date of the hearing.
Pursuant to Rule 17.1 of the Board’s Rules of Practice the decision has been corrected to read as follows:
“AND WHEREAS this NOP matter is scheduled for a hearing commencing February 28, 2008;”
