AND IN THE MATTER OF THE LIQUOR LICENCE OF 1057488 ONTARIO INC. OPERATING AS TUMBLEWEEDS FAMILY RESTAURANT 107 MAIN STREET WEST, SHELBURNE LICENCE NO. 801386
O R D E R
WHEREAS the Board of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (“AGCO”) held a pre-hearing tele-conference on January 28, 2008, pursuant to Notice of Proposal (“NOP”) number 15824 dated November 29, 2007, to suspend a licence issued to 1057488 Ontario Inc. operating as TUMBLEWEEDS FAMILY RESTAURANT, 107 Main Street West, Shelburne, Ontario, L0N 1S0, liquor licence number 801386;
AND WHEREAS the Registrar’s Representative, Joyce Taylor, and the principal of the corporate licensee, Mansour Massoudi, were present and participated in the pre-hearing;
AND WHEREAS this NOP matter is scheduled for a hearing commencing on March 25, 2008;
THEREFORE the Board hereby ORDERS as follows:
The Licensee, through its Representative, shall disclose to the Registrar’s Representative pursuant to Rule 7 of AGCO Rules of Practice and specifically pursuant to Rule 7.3, a list of its witnesses and a detailed summary of each witness’ evidence, as well as disclosure pursuant to Rule 7.4, such disclosure to be made ten (10) days before the hearing date;
The Registrar’s Representative will complete any further disclosure, also pursuant to Rule 7.4., ten (10) days before the hearing date.
