O R D E R
WHEREAS the Board of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario ("AGCO") held a pre-hearing conference on January 15, 2008, pursuant to Notice of Proposal ("NOP") number 15465 dated July 23, 2007, to suspend a licence issued to Trentwinds International Centre & Motor Hotel Inc., operating as Trentwinds International Centre & Motor Hotel, 264 Lansdowne Street, Peterborough, Ontario, K9L 2A3, liquor licence number 11034;
AND WHEREAS the Registrar's Representative, Phillip Morris, the Licensee's Representative, Randall Barrs, were present and participated in the pre-hearing;
AND WHEREAS the parties are agreed that there are no outstanding procedural issues;
AND WHEREAS this NOP matter is scheduled for a hearing commencing February 19, 2008;
THEREFORE the Board hereby ORDERS as follows:
The Licensee, through its Representative, shall disclose to the Registrar's Representative pursuant to Rule 7 of AGCO Rules of Practice and specifically pursuant to Rule 7.3, a list of its witnesses and a detailed summary of each witness' evidence, as well as disclosure pursuant to Rule 7.4, such disclosure to be made by February 5, 2008;
The Registrar's Representative will complete any further disclosure, also pursuant to Rule 7.4., by February 5, 2008.
