O R D E R
WHEREAS the Board of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission ("AGCO") held a hearing on December 4, 2007, pursuant to a Notice of Proposal number 15361 dated June 28, 2007 to suspend liquor licence 804926 issued to 3234720 Canada Inc. operating as RAXX BILLIARDS & BAR, 655 Development Drive, Kingston, Ontario, K7M 4W6;
AND WHEREAS in its decision of January 10, 2008 the Board found that the Licensee had breached subsection 45(1) of Ontario Revised Regulation 719/90 under the Liquor Licence Act;
AND WHEREAS in its decision of February 7, 2008 the Board ordered a seven (7) day suspension of the liquor licence and requested that the Licensee propose suspension dates;
AND WHEREAS the Licensee has proposed suspension dates which are acceptable to the Board;
THEREFORE the Board hereby ORDERS that the liquor licence issued to 3234720 Canada Inc. operating as RAXX BILLIARDS & BAR, 655 Development Drive, Kingston, Ontario, K7M 4W6, licence number 804926, be SUSPENDED for seven (7) consecutive days to COMMENCE at 11 a.m. on May 1, 2008 and continue until 2 a.m. on May 8, 2008.
