O R D E R
WHEREAS the Board of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (“AGCO”) held a pre-hearing conference on January 15, 2008, pursuant to Notice of Proposal (“NOP”) number 14354 dated July 25, 2006, to suspend a licence issued to 651552 Ontario Inc., operating as Manor Entertainment Complex, 211 Silvercreek Parkway South, Guelph, Ontario, N1H 3K5, liquor licence number 11085;
AND WHEREAS the Registrar’s Representative, Phillip Morris, the Licensee’s Representative, Randall Barrs, were present and participated in the pre-hearing;
AND WHEREAS the Licensee acknowledges it was agreed that there are no outstanding procedural issues;
AND WHEREAS these matters will be heard at a hearing as yet to be scheduled;
THEREFORE the Board hereby ORDERS as follows:
The Licensee, through its Representative, shall disclose to the Registrar’s Representative pursuant to Rule 7 of AGCO Rules of Practice and specifically pursuant to Rule 7.3, a list of its witnesses and a detailed summary of each witness’ evidence, as well as disclosure pursuant to Rule 7.4, such disclosure to be made fourteen (14) days before the hearing date;
The Registrar’s Representative will complete any further disclosure, also pursuant to Rule 7.4., fourteen (14) days before the hearing date.
