O R D E R
WHEREAS the Board of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (“AGCO”) held a pre-hearing conference on January 28, 2008, pursuant to Notice of Proposal (“NOP”) number 15834 dated December 3, 2007, to suspend a licence issued to 1502043 Ontario Inc. operating as LEVEL NIGHT CLUB, 102 Peter Street, Toronto, Ontario, M5V 2G7, liquor licence number 809765;
AND WHEREAS the Registrar’s Representative, Joyce Taylor, the Licensee’s Representative, Randall Barrs, were present and participated in the pre-hearing;
AND WHEREAS this NOP matter is scheduled for a hearing commencing March 25, 2008;
AND WHEREAS the parties are agreed that there are no outstanding procedural issues;
THEREFORE the Board hereby ORDERS as follows:
The Licensee, through its Representative, shall disclose to the Registrar’s Representative pursuant to Rule 7 of AGCO Rules of Practice and specifically pursuant to Rule 7.3, a list of its witnesses and a detailed summary of each witness’ evidence, as well as disclosure pursuant to Rule 7.4, such disclosure to be made fourteen (14) days before the hearing date;
The Registrar’s Representative will complete any further disclosure, also pursuant to Rule 7.4., fourteen (14) days before the hearing date.
