O R D E R
WHEREAS the Board of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (“AGCO”) held a pre-hearing tele-conference on January 28, 2008, pursuant to Notice of Proposal (“NOP”) number 15853 dated December 13, 2007, to suspend a licence issued to 4050886 Canada Inc. operating as LEATHER WORKS PUB & RESTAURANT (THE), 12 Bell Street, Carleton Place, Ontario, K7C 1V9, liquor licence number 23709;
AND WHEREAS the Registrar’s Representative, Joyce Taylor, the Licensee’s Representative, Dennis Burn, who waived the right to legal represenation, were present and participated in the pre-hearing tele-conference;
AND WHEREAS this NOP matter is scheduled for a hearing commencing February 21, 2008;
THEREFORE the Board hereby ORDERS as follows:
The Licensee, through its Representative, shall disclose to the Registrar’s Representative pursuant to Rule 7 of AGCO Rules of Practice and specifically pursuant to Rule 7.3, a list of its witnesses and a detailed summary of each witness’ evidence, as well as disclosure pursuant to Rule 7.4, such disclosure to be made ten (10) days before the hearing date;
The Registrar’s Representative will complete any further disclosure, also pursuant to Rule 7.4., ten (10) days before the hearing date.
