O R D E R
WHEREAS the Board of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (“AGCO”) held a pre-hearing conference on December 14, 2007, pursuant to Notice of Proposal (“NOP”) number 15650 dated September 10, 2007, to suspend a licence issued to 1487690 Ontario Limited, operating as Grace O’Malley’s Irish Pub And Restaurant, 14 Duncan Street, Toronto, Ontario, M5H 3G8, liquor licence number 203742;
AND WHEREAS the Registrar’s Representative, Joyce Taylor, the Licensee’s Representative, Seth Weinstein, were present and participated in the pre-hearing;
AND WHEREAS this NOP matter is scheduled for a hearing commencing March 17, 2008;
THEREFORE the Board hereby ORDERS as follows:
The Licensee, through its Representative, shall disclose to the Registrar’s Representative pursuant to Rule 7 of AGCO Rules of Practice and specifically pursuant to Rule 7.3, a list of its witnesses and a detailed summary of each witness’ evidence, as well as disclosure pursuant to Rule 7.4, such disclosure to be made ten (10) days before the hearing date;
The Registrar’s Representative will complete any further disclosure, also pursuant to Rule 7.4., ten (10) days before the hearing date.
