WHEREAS the Board of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (“AGCO”) held a pre-hearing teleconference on February 8, 2008, pursuant to Notice of Proposal (“NOP”) number 15888 dated January 11, 2008, to suspend a licence issued to GSR Hospitality Inc. operating as CRABBY JOE’S TAP & GRILL, 305 North Front Street, Unit 17, Belleville, Ontario, K8P 3C3, liquor licence number 808683;
AND WHEREAS the Registrar’s Representative, Richard Kulis, and the Licensee’s Representative, Jerry Levitan, were present and participated in the pre-hearing;
AND WHEREAS this NOP matter is scheduled for a hearing as yet to be scheduled;
THEREFORE the Board hereby ORDERS as follows:
The Licensee, through its Representative, shall disclose to the Registrar’s Representative pursuant to Rule 7 of AGCO Rules of Practice and specifically pursuant to Rule 7.3, a list of its witnesses and a detailed summary of each witness’ evidence, as well as disclosure pursuant to Rule 7.4, such disclosure to be made ten (10) days before the hearing date;
The Registrar’s Representative will complete any further disclosure, also pursuant to Rule 7.4., ten (10) days before the hearing date.
