The Application
The Registrar of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario issued a Notice of Proposal number 15253 dated July 5, 2007 to review an application for a liquor licence from 2118941 Ontario Limited intending to operate as AREA, 248 Scott Street, Fort Frances, Ontario, P9A 1G7. The Proposal also alleges violations of subsections 6(2)(a), (d) and (h) of the Liquor Licence Act (“LLA”). A hearing of the Application was held on December 12 and 13, 2007 in the Town of Fort Frances.
At the conclusion of the hearing on December 13, 2007 the Board invited written submissions on fact, from the respective parties.
On December 21, 2007 the Applicant’s representative advised the Board that the Applicant wished to withdraw its Application. The Registrar’s representative does not object to the request.
Order
- Upon considering the Applicant’s request and the Registrar’s consent, the Board permits the WITHDRAWL of the Application by 2118941 Ontario Limited intending to operate as AREA, 248 Scott Street, Fort Frances, Ontario, P9A 1G7.
