O R D E R
WHEREAS the Board of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (“AGCO”) held a pre-hearing teleconference on September 5, 2008, pursuant to Notice of Proposal (“NOP”) number 16327 dated June 2, 2008, to suspend a licence issued to 1361292 Ontario Inc. operating as O’CONNOR’S IRISH PUB, 650 Kanata Avenue, Ottawa, Ontario, K2T 1E7, liquor licence number 807661;
AND WHEREAS the Registrar’s Representative, Joyce Taylor, and the Licensee’s Representative, Ainslie Dunstone, were present and participated in the pre-hearing;
AND WHEREAS this NOP matter is scheduled for a hearing commencing October 23, 2008;
THEREFORE the Board hereby ORDERS as follows:
The Licensee, through its Representative, shall disclose to the Registrar’s Representative pursuant to Rule 7 of AGCO Rules of Practice and specifically pursuant to Rule 7.3, a list of its witnesses and a detailed summary of each witness’ evidence, as well as disclosure pursuant to Rule 7.4, such disclosure to be made ten (10) days before the hearing date;
The Registrar’s Representative will complete any further disclosure, also pursuant to Rules 7.3 and 7.4, ten (10) days before the hearing date.
The parties are to advise the Board as soon as possible should a further proceeding arise which may affect the hearing scheduled for October 23, 2008.
