O R D E R
WHEREAS the Board of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission (“AGCO”) held a hearing on May 2 and 15, 2008, pursuant to a Notice of Proposal number 15673 dated September 31, 2007 to suspend a liquor licence issued to Elgin Street Holdings Inc. operating as LIEUTENANT’S PUMP RESTAURANT, 361 Elgin Street, Unit 1, Ottawa, Ontario, K2P 1M6, licence number 200346;
AND WHEREAS in its decision of July 8, 2008 the Board found that the Licensee had breached section 43 of Ontario Revised Regulation 719/90 under the Liquor Licence Act;
AND WHEREAS in its decision of August 20, 2008 the Board ordered a TWO (2) day suspension of the liquor licence and requested that the Licensee propose suspension dates;
AND WHEREAS the Licensee has proposed suspension dates which are acceptable to the Board;
THEREFORE the Board hereby ORDERS that the liquor licence issued to Elgin Street Holdings Inc. operating as LIEUTENANT’S PUMP RESTAURANT, 361 Elgin Street, Unit 1, Ottawa, Ontario, K2P 1M6, licence number 200346, be SUSPENDED for TWO (2) consecutive days to COMMENCE at 11 a.m. on October 11, 2008 and continue until 2 a.m. on October 13, 2008.
