O R D E R

WHEREAS the Board of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission held a hearing on March 27, 2008, pursuant to a Notice of Proposal number 15840 dated December 6, 2007 to suspend liquor licence number 28322 issued to Lake Affect Patio Bar & Grill Inc. (the ‘Licensee’) operating as LAKE AFFECT PATIO BAR & GRILL INC., 1 Port Street East, Mississauga, Ontario, L5G 4N1;

AND WHEREAS in its decision of April 21, 2008 the Board found that the Licensee had breached subsection 30(4) of the Liquor Licence Act (LLA) and subsection 41(1) of Ontario Revised Regulation 719/90 under the LLA;

AND WHEREAS in its decision of August 1, 2008 the Board ordered a SEVEN (7) day suspension of the liquor licence and requested that the Licensee propose suspension dates;

AND WHEREAS the Licensee has proposed suspension dates which are acceptable to the Board;

THEREFORE the Board hereby ORDERS that the liquor licence issued to Lake Affect Patio Bar & Grill Inc. operating as LAKE AFFECT PATIO BAR & GRILL INC, 1 Port Street East, Mississauga, Ontario, L5G 4N1, licence number 28322, be SUSPENDED for SEVEN (7) consecutive days to COMMENCE at 11 a.m. on October 22, 2008 and continue until 2 a.m. on October 29, 2008.
