O R D E R
WHEREAS the Board of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission ("AGCO") held a hearing on July 8, 2008, pursuant to a Notice of Proposal number 16149 dated April 3, 2008 to suspend licence issued to 2113339 Ontario Inc. (the "Licensee") operating as THE JAMES JOYCE IRISH PUB, 386 Bloor Street West, Toronto, Ontario, M5S 1X4, licence number 201449;
AND WHEREAS in its decision of July 25, 2008 the Board found that the Licensee had breached subsections 30(2) and 30(4) of the Liquor Licence Act ("LLA") and subsection 41(1) of Ontario Revised Regulation 719/90 under the LLA;
AND WHEREAS in its decision of August 20, 2008 the Board ordered an EIGHT (8) day suspension of the liquor licence and requested that the Licensee propose suspension dates;
AND WHEREAS the Licensee has proposed suspension dates which are acceptable to the Board;
THEREFORE the Board hereby ORDERS that the liquor licence issued to 2113339 Ontario Inc. operating as THE JAMES JOYCE IRISH PUB, 386 Bloor Street West, Toronto, Ontario, M5S 1X4, licence number 201449, be SUSPENDED for EIGHT (8) consecutive days to COMMENCE at 11 a.m. on September 30, 2008 and continue until 2 a.m. on October 8, 2008.
