O R D E R
WHEREAS the Board of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario held a hearing on August 11, 2008, pursuant to Notice of Proposal (“NOP”) number 16227 dated April 28, 2008, to suspend a licence, and a Supplementary NOP number 16410 dated June 20, 2008, to revoke a licence issued to 1704477 Ontario Inc. operating as CANE GROVE RESTAURANT, 2356 Finch Avenue West, Toronto, Ontario, M9M 2C7, liquor licence number 91000;
AND WHEREAS the Registrar’s Representative, Phillip Morris, and the Licensee’s Representative, Jerry Levitan, were present and participated in the hearing;
AND WHEREAS the hearing is to be reconvened on a date yet to be scheduled;
THEREFORE the Board hereby ORDERS as follows:
- the Registrar’s Representative will, pursuant to Rule 7.3(B), provide proper DVD disclosure to the Licensee’s Representative, replacing the previous disclosed DVD’s which were not accessible by the Licensee’s Representative.
