O R D E R
WHEREAS the Board of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission held a hearing on August 7, 2008, pursuant to Notice of Proposal number 16229 dated April 28, 2008, to suspend the licence issued to Beaconsfield Lounge Partnership Ltd., (the "Licensee"), operating as THE BEACONSFIELD, 1154 Queen Street West, Toronto, Ontario, M6J 1J5, licence number 810816;
AND WHEREAS in its decision of August 26, 2008, the Board found that the Licensee had breached section 43 of Ontario Revised Regulation 719/90 under the Liquor Licence Act;
AND WHEREAS in its decision of August 26, 2008, the Board ordered a FOUR (4) day suspension of the liquor licence and requested that the Licensee propose suspension dates;
AND WHEREAS the Licensee has not proposed suspension dates which are acceptable to the Board;
AND WHEREAS the Board agrees with Registrar's Representative that the period of suspension should include the day of the week on which the infraction occurred, which was a Saturday;
THEREFORE the Board hereby ORDERS that the liquor licence issued to Beaconsfield Lounge Partnership Ltd., operating as THE BEACONSFIELD, 1154 Queen Street West, Toronto, Ontario, M6J 1J5, licence number 810816, be SUSPENDED for FOUR (4) consecutive days to COMMENCE at 11:00 a.m. on November 15, 2008 and continue until 2:00 a.m. on November 19, 2008.
