O R D E R
WHEREAS the Board of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (“AGCO”) held a pre-hearing teleconference on September 5, 2008, pursuant to Notice of Proposal (“NOP”) number 16359 dated June 2, 2008, to suspend a licence issued to 698692 Ontario Inc. operating as TURKEY POINT HOTEL, 93 Cedar Drive, Charlotteville Township, Turkey Point, Ontario, N0E 1T0, liquor licence number 10891;
AND WHEREAS the Registrar’s Representative, Joyce Taylor, and the Licensee’s Representative, Albert Smelko, were present and participated in the pre-hearing;
AND WHEREAS this NOP matter is scheduled for a hearing commencing September 22, 2008;
THEREFORE the Board hereby ORDERS as follows:
The Licensee, through its Representative, shall disclose to the Registrar’s Representative pursuant to Rule 7 of AGCO Rules of Practice and specifically pursuant to Rule 7.3, a list of its witnesses and a detailed summary of each witness’ evidence, as well as disclosure pursuant to Rule 7.4, such disclosure to be made ten (10) days before the hearing date;
The Registrar’s Representative will complete any further disclosure, also pursuant to Rules 7.3 and 7.4, ten (10) days before the hearing date.
