O R D E R
WHEREAS the Board of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (“AGCO”) held a hearing on January 3, 2008 pursuant to a Notice of Proposal number 15693 to suspend licence number 24479 issued to 1326284 Ontario Ltd., operating as T.J.’s Hanger, 35 Broadway Avenue, Orangeville, Ontario, L9W 1J7;
AND WHEREAS in its decision of the Board found that the licensee had breached section 29 of the Liquor Licence Act and subsections 34(1) and 45(1) of Ontario Regulation 719/90;
AND WHEREAS the Board ordered a suspension of the liquor licence for FOURTEEN (14) days and requested that the licensee propose suspension dates;
AND WHEREAS the licensee has proposed suspension dates which are acceptable to the Board;
THEREFORE the Board hereby ORDERS that the liquor licence issued to 1326284 Ontario Ltd., operating as T.J.’s Hanger, 35 Broadway Avenue, Orangeville, Ontario, L9W 1J7 be SUSPENDED for FOURTEEN (14) consecutive days to COMMENCE at 11a.m. on Wednesday, April 23, 2008 and continue until 2:00 a.m. on Wednesday May 7, 2008.
