O R D E R
WHEREAS the Board of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (“AGCO”) held a pre-hearing teleconference on May 23, 2008, pursuant to Notice of Proposal (“NOP”) number 16034 dated February 19, 2008, to suspend a licence issued to 681311 Ontario Limited operating as SHOTS SPORTS TAP & GRILL, 185 Pembroke Street East, Pembroke, Ontario, K8A 3J6, liquor licence number 91379;
AND WHEREAS the Registrar’s Representative, Phillip Morris, and the Licensee’s Representative, Mark Huckabone, were present and participated in the pre-hearing;
AND WHEREAS this NOP matter is scheduled for a hearing commencing August 26, 2008;
THEREFORE the Board hereby ORDERS as follows:
The Licensee, through its Representative, shall disclose to the Registrar’s Representative pursuant to Rule 7 of AGCO Rules of Practice and specifically pursuant to Rule 7.3, a list of its witnesses and a detailed summary of each witness’ evidence, as well as disclosure pursuant to Rule 7.4, such disclosure to be made twenty-one (21) days before the hearing date;
The Registrar’s Representative will complete any further disclosure, also pursuant to Rule 7.4., twenty-one (21) days before the hearing date.
