O R D E R
WHEREAS the Board of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (“AGCO”) held a pre-hearing conference on April 14, 2008, pursuant to Notice of Proposal (“NOP”) number 15954 dated January 28, 2008, to revoke a licence issued to 1472650 Ontario Ltd. operating as RUMOURS SPORTS LOUNGE, 2787 Eglinton Avenue East, Scarborough, Ontario, M1J 2E1, liquor licence number 804900;
AND WHEREAS the Registrar’s Representative, Richard Kulis, the Licensee’s Representative, Randall Barrs, and Mr. Eminovski, a representative of the corporate licensee were present and participated in the pre-hearing;
AND WHEREAS these matters will be heard on dates as yet to be scheduled, and for which the representatives have requested a three day hearing;
THEREFORE the Board hereby ORDERS as follows:
The Licensee, through its Representative, shall disclose to the Registrar’s Representative pursuant to Rule 7 of AGCO Rules of Practice and specifically pursuant to Rule 7.3, a list of its witnesses and a detailed summary of each witness’ evidence, as well as disclosure pursuant to Rule 7.4, such disclosure to be made ten (10) days before the hearing date;
The Registrar’s Representative will complete any further disclosure, also pursuant to Rule 7.4., ten (10) days before the hearing date.
