[1]. A hearing into Notice of Proposal (“NOP”) number 15995 dated February 6, 2008 to suspend liquor licence number 23103 issued to Labbia Inc. operating as RISTORANTE ROMA, 1090 Bloor Street West, Toronto, Ontario, M6H 1M6, on the basis of alleged violations of subsections 45(1) and 45(2) of the Liquor Licence Act (“LLA”) and section 29 of Ontario Revised Regulation 719/90 (“O.Reg”) made pursuant to the LLA, was held on April 28, 2008 in the City of Toronto.
[2]. At the commencement of the hearing, Registrar’s Representative, Richard Kulis, requested that NOP number 15995 dated February 6, 2008 be withdrawn, on consent of the parties.
[3]. The Board therefore ACCEPTS the withdrawal of NOP number 15995 involving liquor licence number 23103 issued to Labbia Inc. operating as RISTORANTE ROMA, 1090 Bloor Street West, Toronto, Ontario, M6H 1M6.
